Fitness Report

On Tuesday of this week I participated in a 60 minute spinning session.  That was great fun and hard work.  Today I will spend 30 minutes on a treadmill set to the 'random hills' program.  I think I can get up to 2.2 miles with that program, but not really sore.  My shins are still a bit sore from my Sunday run and that could cut short todays run.
