It is 815 PM, Wednesday June 27th, 2007. I'm laying in bed with laptop (no nerd jokes please) because the AC is here and its 85 degrees in the rest of the house.
I had two appointments today, the first at 230 PM. The man had a problem with Norton not allowing him to print. Norton was replaced with Windows One Care to fix the problem. My second appointment was with a woman who was also have a problem caused by Norton. The Norton Worm Autoblocking feature would not let her access the internet because it thought that queries from 192.168.0.1 were denial of service attacks. Even though you told it to allow the IP, it would delete the IP from the list and block it again. Had to turn off the Autoblock feature because she didnt have the Norton reinstall disk. You may think this to be unusual, but it really isn't. Norton causes so many problems it's nausiating.
There were some other things I planned to write about, but in the course of instant messeging some friends I've forgotten what I wanted to say. So I'll close for now. Good night my friends.
