So, today I signed up for Fitness Journal (http://www.fitnessjournal.com) to hopefully help motivate me to work out as I should be. I'm thinking I might join the YMCA tomorrow, but probably not.
As pathetic as it may be, I did 3 excruciatingly difficult (I'm ashamed to say) sets of 10 pushups each and 10 crunches each.
