Samsung Q1 UMPC-I'M A DOPE!!! (see comment)

I had my Samsung UMPC for about a month and it's time to call support as it will no longer power on. The battery is charged and the green power light is lit when you plug it in, but when turning it on all that happens is the power light flashes amber. Harumph ... other than this little setback its a great device.

All my business apps run on it, though some have a hard time with the screen resolution. That will probably be fixed with the next generation of the device. The battery power is about 2-2.5 hours-the same as my laptop. The handwriting recognition is better than I expected. I love being able to hand write notes and upload them into the clients profiles.

I'll post the results of the support call as a comment to this post.

To this end I also labor, striving according to His working which works in me mightily. —Colossians 1:29

Give as ’twas given to you in your need,
Love as the Master loved you;
Be to the helpless a helper indeed,
Unto your mission be true. —Wilson

It turns out that the Q1 is working fabulously! On the left side of the machine is a hold switch that prevents the system from turning iself on accidently. Somehow the hold switch had engaged. Disengaging the hold switch brought the system up. Woohoo.!
