Unplugging your messenger

First came Vonage with thier cordless phones. Then wireless Skype phones were on the market. Now Windows Live Messenger has just unplugged itself. Uniden is now making a cordless phone that is compatible with Windows Live Messenger. It operates both as a normal phone and a WLM phone via wireless connection. You can get it at Best Buy for $99.99, the same price as a Skype phone or a Vonage phone.

This is a great step forward, but when, oh when, will they make a phone that will work with multiple platforms?
