OMG, Are You Kidding Me?

I'm watching CNN and a commentator just said that the Presidents greatest failure is his inability to control congress and to exert his leadership over it. Are you kidding me? Can she really be that ignorant? Does she not know there are three independent entities in Government: The executive, the legislative, and the judicial? One does not control the other. It's called checks and balances and prevents dictatorial or tyrannical rule. Please, people, for the love of God, learn a little civics.
