Ubuntu Linux

A couple week ago I installed Ubuntu Linux on my laptop. From the beginning I was impressed with how easy it was to install. Windows XP was already installed on my drive. It automatically partitioned the drive and configured the system to dual boot Linux and Windows. Also, it detected my Windows files and migrated all my files from my Windows profile into my Ubuntu profile.

There was one small problem. The laptop could not connect to my wireless network. After a week of doing various things to the system nothing seemed to work so I turned it off. I was frustrated and needed a break. Today I turned it on after nearly a week to find it is now working. This is good news. The bad news is I have no idea what fixed it.
