I went kayaking for the second time today. What great fun. We paddled for about an hour. The part of me that gets the most pain is my lower back. I'm sure that will strengthen up with time if I continue to do this. I probably should add the rowing machine at the gym to my workout schedule.
After kayaking we bbq'd. What a beautiful summer day for a bbq and good conversation. By the time I got home I was totally ready for bed and slept quite soundly.
