My friend Frito suffered his computer going down because he added a 512mb video card to the system and it overloaded his power supply. He has ony two choises: downgrade the video card or upgrade the power supply. Since he's not willing to suffer a loss in video quality the decision is easy. What power supply should he get?
Reading CPU magazine this morning I found an article for the just released Corsair CMPSU-620HX power supply. This is a 620 watt workhorse and would definately go into a gaming machine or a machine performing CAD or animation. CPU speaks highly not only of the PS, but also of the manufacturer.
The price of the unit is $169. More information can be found at http://www.corsairmemory.com.

Introduction
Motto: If Gods wills, failure's no option and mediocrity not acceptable.
Mission: To be the best man I can possibly be, while realizing any good thing I do is of Christ and any bad thing is a result of my inherently sinful nature.
Guiding Scripture: Haven't I commanded you: be strong and courageous? Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.
~Joshua 1:9
